Very professional, thoughtful, thorough service. Responded to our clogged main drain service request within an hour and had the repair complete two hours later. It's rare when an unexpected repair is actually pleasant, but this one was.

Clog Kings sent out Justin and his apprentice within hours of my request. Justin communicated his estimated arrival and arrived when promised. He tackled my clogged kitchen drain with determination - it's an old house with chronic plumbing problems - but Justin got it done in an hour. Well worth the money!

I was sent a gentleman named Mike and he did such a great job, quick professional service and he even went the extra mile to leave my kitchen sink all clean and shiny, as it was super dirty from being clogged, and even got my garbage disposal to work which hadn’t worked since I moved in!! Kris from Clog Kings was incredible. He was by far the most responsive and helpful service provider I’ve ever worked with. He texted back, answered calls, asked for pictures and taught me so much along the way. His apprentice Calvin was also thoughtful and helpful as well. They didn’t waver in confidence despite encountering solid wood and concrete to get through during the install. When they were finished replacing my shower valve and turned the water back on they discovered some small leaks in two bathroom faucets that had nothing to do with the work they’d done. They fixed the leaks but the next morning I noticed that there was still a small leak under one sink and Kris came that morning and for no charge did a quick fix for something someone else had installed incorrectly. I will be a customer of Clog Kings forever (as long as Kris is still there!)

We had a plumbing situation on a Saturday afternoon. Tim from Clog Kings was very responsive and enabled us to use our plumbing. He coordinated another team member to come out and insert a clean out valve and identified our real issue. Tim came back and spent all day digging a hole and swapping out cast iron pipes for pvc. This company and particularly Tim is terrific. Highly recommended for any plumbing. Good communication and quality workmanship.

I had a clogged kitchen sink because of a backed up disposal and called Clog Kings and within a hour had a call back that Justin would be at my house in 45 minutes. Justin was fabulous and fixed everything quickly and efficiently. We also have a tankless water heater that had not been serviced as we were new owners. He cleaned and serviced that as well. We could not be happier and highly recommend Clog King and Justin in particular.

Chris was out promptly as promised to unclog a toilet. It could not be unclogged due to an item stuck in the toilet. He had to replace the toilet. Chris was very courteous, explained what was happening and finished the job well done. I would highly recommend Clog Kings and request Chris. 😁

Clog Kings descaled my tankless water heater and installed an under sink RO water filter system. They were on time and completed the job at a good price. I will definitely use them again.

They came to fix a broken, rusted out galvanized pipe under our crawlspace, within a few hours of our call, when no one else could. Brad was quick and knowledgeable and professional. That's a big plus. I felt the $650 charge was a bit excessive for 1.5 hours onsite repairing a 4ft section of pipe (understand there was a pre-trip to buy parts). I recommend them highly but ask first about the price. When I discussed it with them they made the price better, to my satisfaction.
